USB Issues 10.14.6

Hello. I recently switched to a different motherboard and am now having trouble following this Rehabman's Guide which is what I used in the past to create a custom SSDT. I cannot get any of my USB 3.0 ports to show up in MacOS.

Background: The motherboard( Gigabyte GA-Z68A-D3H-B3 ) was made for Sandybridge but is compatible with Ivy Bridge. My motherboard has 4 usb 2.0, 2 usb 3.0 on backpanel and then 4 internal usb headers. I also have a pcie card that adds 4 more usb 3.0 ports. This motherboard's bios does not have an option for Auto for ECH or XCHI in bios I can simply enable or disable the controllers. I have both set to enabled. I have installed in EFI/Clover FakePCIID.kext + FakePCIID_XHCIMux.kext as well as USBINJECTALL.kext. I also configured Rehabman's patch in acpi to rename the default ports macos creates.

Issue: I am just trying to get my USB 3.0 ports working before I attempt to create a custom SSDT. When I got into IOReg I see no XHC. I only see ECH options I was successfully able to identify my USB 2.0 ports but it does not pick up the USB 3.0 ports at all. I have tried plugging both USB 3.0 devices and USB 2.0 devices into the USB 3.0 ports on the mobo and PCIE card and nothing shows up in IOreg. Anyone have any ideas on what I am doing wrong? I can provide screenshots of IOReg if that would be helpful.
