Toshiba Satellite C655 CMS/Secure Boot

I went to Hackintosh my circa 2011 Sandy Bridge (Pentium B960) Toshiba laptop, because why not. Everything seemed to be in order until I went to actually boot into the OC USB, when I realized my BIOS is painfully old and doesn't have options for CSM support or Secure Boot. I noticed I'm running Legacy BIOS mode, and from what I can tell, Secure Boot is enabled by default as a Windows install USB doesn't boot.

I have the latest BIOS that Tosbiba says is supported, version 1.3. I suppose I could install the contents of the OC USB to the EFI partition of a hard disk, but would that even do anything since I appear to be stuck in legacy BIOS mode?

Am I just screwed, or is there any other way to do this?
