RX580 to 5700XT upgrade?

Hello,

I have a working hackintosh with a rx580,

I am now upgrading to a 5700xt with the latest Catalina, so it should be natively supported by what I've read. Is there anyone who has made a similar upgrade that can share what plist config changes they had to make for this to work? currently, I am able to get the boot logo and then a black screen while my PC stays on.

(I am on a ryzen build using open-core which I completed via the vanilla guide months ago)
