Reset NVRAM bricked laptop

I accidentally pressed the Reset NVRAM option in OpenCore on my ThinkPad X1 Extreme Gen 2 (wasn't paying attention and hit the down arrow a few too many times) and it seems to have bricked it. When I boot up the laptop, the keyboard lights up for a second or so but the screen remains black. The fans ramp up for a bit but that's it. Doesn't respond to any keypresses except the power button. I've already tried disconnecting both the regular battery and the CMOS battery, resetting the CMOS with the button on the bottom, and reseating the RAM. I've made a support ticket with Lenovo since its under warranty, is there anything else I can try in the meantime?
