Is anyone concerned that a law suit from Apple for opencore.computer may also kill opencore in the process

Apple could sue both opencore.computer for Eula issues, and opencore for making the Eula issues possible, Apple would win that case causing us all the switch back to Clover as it would become illegal for the devs to provide updates to opencore. They could even go on a Microsoft level of lawsuits and attempt to get prison time for the developers.

I think opencore should change it's name to avoid further law suits
