Troubleshooting Crashes?

Could anyone give me ideas on how to troubleshoot crashes?

For the first time in my OpenCore run, I'm getting crashes (like - power off - right to black screen and back to BIOS boot).

Very odd - seemingly out of the blue and I've really changed nothing (haven't upgraded OpenCore or anything since this started, etc).
