Windows ssd visible from MacOS

Hi,

I'm new to the hackintosh community and i'm concerned with a little thing.

I am running MacOS mojave and windows 10 on 2 ssds on the same machine. The fact is, when i use MacOS i can easily access the Windows ssd. is there a way to not make it possible?
