Mojave USB Installation Boot Problem - ACPI Error : Method parse/execution failed [Gigabyte H370M DS3H + 8700K + Sapphire RX 580]

Hello all, I've been following this vanilla guide to install Mojave via usb stick and I am unable to boot into the installation. After selecting boot from Installation USB stick it says ACPI Error : Method parse/execution failed. I have attached a screenshot of what happens when I try to boot from the USB stick and have provided a google drive to my EFI folder (which is a product of the following the vanilla guide and a couple threads who used the same motherboard as me). Any help would be greatly appreciated. This is only my second build and my first go at a vanilla installation. I have searched through other posts and threads which have said different things and left me confused. Any help on this is greatly appreciated. Cheers!

Hardware:

Sapphire Nitro+ RX 580 4GB

G.Skill RipJaws 32GB RAM

Samsung 970 EVO 500GB (Currently Removed - Contains my old High Sierra Installation)
