macOS installer stops and reboots on 2 minutes remaining

So, I'm having issues with my system I've never had before. I cant install macOS anymore! I have 2 different videos here and here. Which both restart right before it finishes and I've used the same USB when I installed macOS for the 1st time with no issues. Used the vanilla guide then tried the internet recovery install.
