Yes i know this is a pretty common question asked so please bear with me as i don't know why it's not working.
I've copied the EFI folder from my USB to the efi partition on my macos drive but it still only boots up with the usb.
I followed the vanilla guide to ensure i did things properly (everything else is working fine like wifi, graphics, bluetooth etc)
PC supports UEFI i think but kept getting stuck at boot when selecting uefi in clover so i installed using bios and it installed fine.
Specs:
Running macOS Mojave 10.14.6
HP Compaq 8200 Elite SFF PC
GT 710 2 GB
8 GB RAM
1 TB Internal HDD (holds macos)
