[Help] CPU not throttling 6700K

Hey all. I successfully got High Sierra working on my 6700K with a 1080TI graphics card.

The issue I am running into is that the CPU is always at the overclocked rate of 4.7Ghz.

I don’t understand why it’s not throttling down to the base clock speed?

I’ve read some stuff here about setting the CPU to use HWP and some hex values but that did not work either. How are you all handling the throttling and CPU temps ?
