ACPI errors on boot, unless I boot from USB, and even then only if I boot to single user mode first

Hi guys,

I'm not new to the Hackintosh scene, although I've been away for a while.

I have a new rig, and I'm having some issues getting it to boot properly:

• ASUS PRIME Z370M-PLUS II
• GIGABYTE Radeon RX 5700 XT GAMING OC 8G
• macOS 15.2 on a WD BLUE 3D NAND SATA SSD 500GB M.2
• Windows 10 on a Corsair Force Series MP500 120GB
• Ubuntu 18.04 on a mechanical HDD (currently not connected)
• 32GB DDR4

Here's what's driving me crazy:

• If I boot from Clover that's installed on the SSD, I get this error. I'm currently using the default config.plist that is installed by default, but I get the same error no matter what changes I make.
• If I boot from the Olarila 10.15.2 USB installer, I get a black screen UNLESS I first go to single user mode. I don't have to do anything in SU mode, other than type 'exit'

This is driving me absolutely bonkers. Any ideas?
