Stable Hackintosh Suddenly Quits Booting?

I've been running Mojave 10.14.2 (vanilla) for about a year on a small desktop PC that I built specifically for MacOS. I have Mojave on one SSD, Win10 on a separate SSD, and a clone of the Mojave disk on third SSD. I clone daily and do Time Machine daily. I haven't updated anything other than apps I use (if it ain't broke, don't fix it, right?). I boot into Mojave this morning (as I always do) and everything seems normal. I get to the MacOS login, enter my password, and get a never ending spinning ball. Power off, power on, try again, spinning ball again. That's weird. I'll use the clone and figure out what's going on with that drive later. Select the clone in the Clover boot loader and it won't even get me to the MacOS login screen. That's really weird. Power off, power on, select Win 10 in the boot loader, everything works fine. I don't think this is a hardware issue at this point.

Any ideas what might cause an undisturbed, stable hackintosh to suddenly quit booting like this? I don't think this is a hardware issue since I tried two different drives with what once was stable Mojave loads on both of them.
