Hello Everyone!!!
I have had partial success in applying the patch for DVMT preallocated memory with Hackintool. When I say partial success, I mean that the 530 graphics work with acceleration with horrible graphical glitches and it only works on my monitor connected to the HDMI port on the back of the machine. Preferably it would work on the built in screen on the AiO.

HP Pavillion All-in-One 27-190st CTO (Touch)
Intel Core i7-6700t
AMD R7 A360
16 GB RAM
