Accessing Motherboard Temp Sensors in MacOS?

I got into water-cooling my hackintosh which is running a 9900k, gigabyte z390 Aorus pro wifi, Gtx 1080 (windows dual boot), Rx 580, on Mojave 10.14.6 on Clover using virtualsmc.

My fans are set in bios to respond to water temps, for which I measure using an alpha cool temp plug plugged into my motherboard external temp sensor. Is there anyway to access this sensor in macOS? I would be happy even for a terminal command line method.

What I have explored: - iStat Menus: doesn't show - iStats (gem install iStats): shows all the CPU thread temps, proximity, probably some package temp but nothing that looks like the water temp. - HWsensors: I understand this requires fakesmc which I am not using.
