mouse cursor jumping to one place on screen

this is fucking annoying. Yesterday my mouse cursor started to jump around like a fucking madman whenever I moved a mouse, restart fixed it, but the cursor still jumps to one exact position on the screen in random intervals like 3 seconds. I tried to change USB port, restart PC and that's about it. I need to fix this asap because I cannot work with a problem like this
