Install MacOs on the first drive without messing up Windows on the second drive ?!

Hi guys, I'm almost set to install Mac OS X on my new build, but still confused about few things if you could help me with that would be awesome.

My PC build is as follows:

MOBO: Gigabyte Z390 Designare CPU: Core i9 9900k GPU: Red Devil RX 5700 XT 8G GDDR6 RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance RGB Pro 16GB x2 = 32GB SSD: SSD Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 1TB M2 ( for windows ) and another exact same model not installed on MOBO yet ! PSU:Cooler Master V750 Gold Monitor: MSI MAG322CQVR 32" 1440p 144hz curved ( this is my gaming monitor, still looking for a good 32" 4k monitor for MAC OS )

Now I have Windows 10 already installed with a bunch of games on the second slot m2 nvme ( 970 evo plus ) of the motherboard. I still not put the second 970 evo plus in the first slot m2 nvme. Hence my confusion since I read many redditers say that you should update the firmware on windows of this nvme before installing Mac OS on it. Also that I should disable or disconnect the other drive before installing Mac Os ( is there a way to do this in the Bios since two nvme slots are covered bu the Red Devil 5700 xt and very inconvenient to take it out many times). My goal is to dual boot Windows ( games , streaming ) and Mac Os ( graphic design, video editing).

If you have any suggestions for me to do this safely ( not messing up windows) and successfully it would be much appreciated. I will do a guide about this Hackintosh as soon as I make it happen 🙏.

I got the Olarila MacOs 10.15.1 build on my flash drive ( I don't have access to a real Mac ).

Thanks
