Dell XPS 15 9570 vs Dell XPS 15 9750 vs Intel NUC with Vega M (Which is the Most Hackintoshable/Stable?)

My current setup is a 5K Retina iMac for my FCPX video editing stuff and a 15" Lenovo Ideapad 720S-15IKB laptop for my CAD/3D Modelling work.

However, I"ll soon be moving abroad and staying there for a good 2-3 years. So it is critical that I"ll have a portable solution to fufill my Mac & Windows needs. (Imagine checking in a 27" iMac to a plane lol)

As my Lenovo is incompatible with hackintosh, (Tried 7 times) I've narrowed down to 3 options... (All Hackintosh)

1) Dell XPS 15 9570 (Older Hardware but Proven to Work with full YouTube Tutorial)

2) Dell XPS 15 7590 (Newer Hardware but no Install Guide?)

3) Intel NUC with Vega M (Desktop Solution but apparently works with YouTube Tutorial) (I can still use my Lenovo for my commute)

I understand all 3 require the WiFi card to be swapped with DW1830. The question is, after doing that, which setup will function the best? (I"ll definitely be dual booting with windows on all 3 devices and I don't require them to run on dGPU in Mac OS.)
