Can I use this?

Im keen on doing my first hackintosh but im looking to keep the price down and small form factor.

I am lookng at using this

With an i3-8100.

I have tried googling and searching about using H310 chipsets but i dont find anything conclusive about it working or not.

Would this be a good idea?
