Missing boot partition after successfully installed hackintosh

Hello everybody, yesterday for the first time I installed Vanilla Hackintosh. After some fixes I finally installed it successfully. I'm able to log in, connect to iCloud, download XCode and run iOS simulator. Unfortunately I can't boot Hackintosh using disk it has been installed on. The only way is to use USB stick, which i used to install Hackintosh. Earlier I've installed Window on another SSD Drive. What could cause missing boot partition on Hackintosh Disk ? Thanks in advice for any tip.
