Lost power, won't boot, don't understand verbose errors

Hi,

I have a High Sierra machine, Z77-DS3H, 3770K, 32gb ram, 980ti graphics, that has been running well. Lost power for a second and it booted to clover but I could not get OSX to finish loading. It hung for a full minute on this error message (https://i.imgur.com/m6pKYWr.jpg) and then launched into 2 seconds of [verbose messages that I could barely catch on video]. If anyone has a suggestion I'd be happy to hear it.
