Logitech Craft Keyboard, function keys firing twice, is this a hackintosh problem?

I have a craft keyboard I use via unifying and whenever I press any of the function keys, it fires both the default mac function for that key (ie volume up, down, etc) as well as whatever that key is configured in logitech options to do. I'm not sure if this has something to do with my hackintosh or not (I'm using high sierra) I used karabiner for a time but I completely removed it so I don't think it has anything to do with that
