Which would be a better audio production Hackintosh? My machine from 2016, or this budget build I put together in pcpp?

I use an external audio interface.

Heres what I have that I may keep and install Mojave on and use as a dedicated music production machine.

CPU - Intel Boxed Core I7-6700K 4.00 GHz 8M Processor Cache 4 LGA 1151 BX80662I76700K

CPU Cooler - Noctua NH-D15 6 heatpipe with Dual NF-A15 140mm fans

GPU - EVGA GeForce GTX 1070 FTW GAMING ACX 3.0, 8GB GDDR5, RGB LED, 10CM FAN, 10 Power Phases, Double BIOS, DX12 OSD Support (PXOC) Graphics Card 08G-P4-6276-KR

Motherboard - Gigabyte LGA1151 Intel Z170 ATX DDR4 Motherboards GA-Z170X-Gaming 3

RAM - Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB DDR4 3000 C15 for DDR4 Systems - White

PSU - EVGA SuperNOVA 650 GS, 80+ GOLD 650W, Fully Modular, EVGA ECO Mode, 7 Year Warranty, Includes FREE Power On Self Tester, Power Supply 220-GS-0650-V1

CASE - Phanteks Eclipse Series P400S Silent Edition, Steel ATX Mid Tower Case Satin Black PH-EC416PSC_BK

Wireless Card - TP-Link Wireless N300 PCI Express Adapter, 2.4GHz 300Mbps, Includes Low-profile Bracket (TL-WN881ND)

SSD - Samsung 850 EVO - 500GB - 2.5-Inch SATA III Internal SSD (MZ-75E500B/AM)

HHD - Toshiba 3.5-Inch 2TB 7200 RPM SATA3/SATA 6.0 GB/s 64MB Hard Drive DT01ACA200

I would take out the GPU and try and sell that, using the cpus dedicated graphics.

Heres the budget hackintosh build I put together.

Intel Core i3-8100 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Processor

MSI B360M BAZOOKA Micro ATX LGA1151 Motherboard

Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 16 GB (2 x 8 GB) DDR4-2666 Memory

ADATA SU635 480 GB 2.5" Solid State Drive

Corsair CXM (2015) 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified Semi-modular ATX Power Supply

And some 50 dollar case.

So Im kind of stuck. I have a buddy who may want to buy my 2016 machine for gaming. New dedicated hardware is fun. Which would save me the most money and get me the best performance? What would you do?

Any insight is appreciated.

Thank you.
