Dual boot issue with RTX and Radeon GPU

Hey, this kind off issue might've already been addressed but I still can't get it fixed. I've made a Ryzen hackintosh (and it works surprisingly great!).

Issue is I have an RTX 2070 that I used with windows mainly, but that obviously won't boot into macOS. So I installed my old R9 280x to install and run macOS and it all worked well. Now the problem is that I want to boot into windows using the RTX and boot into macOS from the Radeon card. But if the RTX is in the first slot and the Radeon is in the 2nd slot my PC will always default to the rtx and not even output anythign from the Radeon, even if I connect a cable to it. Is there a way to disable the RTX from the bios or something? I couldn't find anything yet.

Specs: Asus Prime x470 motherboard, Ryzen 2600x, RTX 2070 & R9 280x cards
