Dell E7440 - Wi-Fi & Bluetooth help on Mojave

I have everything properly setup on my E7440 except for Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. I switched out the internal adapter to this model: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B002OB0FPI/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_i_lRvvDbGJV7VGS

As far as I know it should work out of the box. It's detected but my laptop keeps searching for Wi-Fi networks.
