Can you hackintosh Acer Aspire E5-573G-52G3 with UEFI configured clover? And also, how do you install legacy clover on a GPT drive and be able to boot it?

So, I was trying to hackintosh my laptop mentioned in the title. It contains a i5-5200U, a GT940M that I disabled in bios, a HD5500 iGPU that I set the DVMT Pre Allocated to 64 MB, and a motherboard that comes with the laptop. I've turned off VT-D already. But when I try to boot the installer from a USB thumb drive using UEFI Clover, it stops at HID Legacy Shim 2. When I create a installer with Clover Legacy, I can boot the installer and complete installation, but I don't know how to get clover installed in legacy mode on a GPT partition and still be able to boot it. The means of installation is vanilla. The kexts I'm using are AppleALC.kext, RealtekRTL8111.kext, SMCProcessor.kext, VirtualSMC.kext, WhateverGreen.kext, VoodooPS2.kext, AppleBacklightFix.kext and SMCBatteryManager.kext and are in the EFI/kexts/Other directory. I added the VirtualSmc.efi driver to UEFI drivers folder just in case. I got the config.plist file directly from RehabMan's OS-X-Laptop-Config Github page and didn't do any changes to it. I've seen a premade installer for the exact laptop on Github, but I read here it isn't really ideal. I don't really expect the GT940M to work, but is there a way to disable it through clover instead of the BIOS so I can make it easier to dual boot and play games.
