Question Regarding Clover Configurator and Default APFS Container

I apologize if this has been asked before, I was unable to find anything clear on here or Google -

I accidentally goofed while setting up my OSX boot USB and erased all the files on my ACTUAL default 'EFI on apfs container [Macintosh HD, Preboot, Recovery, VM] on my Macbook. My question is - does this hurt anything? I was able to successfully reboot my Macbook without issues so I'm hoping this is strictly used for recovery purposes, etc.
