Dual-boot on one drive with Windows installed before macOS

I am wondering if it is possible having only one drive in the laptop with already existing Windows to install macOS on the second partition.

Right now I can start the installation of Mojave, but the process freezes at about 90%. I found in the web that for dual-boot you have to extend the EFI partition on the drive to 200Mb, but this didn't help unfortunately.

Any suggestions?
