Clover cannot detect disks (other than itself)

Hi. i was able to boot to the restore environment (thanks to discord members and reddit)

i installed macOS hs on a partition on a external disk. before that i used gparted to make a 209 Mb efi partition. i named it efi and selected the "boot" flag. then using restore environment , i formatted the 200GB partition as macos extended journaled. then i installed macOS on the partition. installation went fine. however, i cant boot to normal macOS because the clover on the usb installer wont detect other disks. not even windows partitions. HFSplus and apfsdriverloader64 are present. i use this plist. https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/commit/bc15b43b59eb017d856fc8d442fc10678ba1b38b (yes its a laptop)

what can I do? im so close to success!

P.S : the harddisk is a usb3.0
