Clover cannot detect disks other than itself.

Hi. i was able to successfully boot to the restore environment with help of discord members & reddit (thanks a lot)

i made a 200 GB partition on my external harddisk. then using gparted, i made a 200 MB fat32 partition and named it EFI and set the "boot" flag. then i booted into restore environment. formatted the 200GB partition as macOS extended journaled and then i ran the high sierra installer. i selected the 200GB partition as the target. it installed just fine. however. there is one issue. i cannot boot to it because the clover on the usb flashdrive (which has the restore environment) will not detect other disks / partitions other than itself. including windows partitions. therefore i cannot boot to normal macOS and install clover on the efi partition. and the VM that i used does not detect the harddisk so i cannot use a vm too. what can i do? i checked the logs, looks like it does see the other partitions. this is the config plist that i use. : https://github.com/RehabMan/OS-X-Clover-Laptop-Config/blob/master/config_HD515_520_530_540.plist
