Can't disable HS ports via boot argument -uia_exclude_hs. Why?

Hello everyone, I am following RehabMan's guide to create custom patch for usb ports. So I did all preparations, added ACPI patches to rename things, added USBInjectAll.kext and XHCI-unsupported.kext to /L/E. And tried to add -uia_exclude_hs to uia_include=HS13,HS14 boot arguments to disable HS port to discover which SS ports I need but these boot arguments doesn't affect, I still see 14 HS ports and 1 SS.
