Can someone tell me the best way to activate my HD5500 in 10.14.5?

Hello, my Dell Inspiron 3543 has been working perfectly on 10.14.2, but I just updated clover and macOS.

Now I get kernel panic on boot. I switched to the new framebuffer patching method when updating to clover from Sierra.

Any help would be appreciated!
