10.15 Catalina Install went fine, except for no ethernet or wifi (and purple tint)

Installed catalina on a separate SSD to my main mojave install which appears to have worked ok in most cases except for no ethernet or wifi.

- i5 7400

- GA-H270-HD3

- GTX 1070 (installed but using HDMI from motherboard)

- Fenvi DT92 Wifi card (worked out of the box in mojave)

I've tried installing a bunch of kexts including intelmausiethernet (which isn't needed on my mojave install) but nothing is showing up in networking. Any ideas? I'd prefer to get ethernet working but would be ok with wifi.

Also, my display has a purple tint to it and i'm stuck on 1080p 60hz on my 1440p 144hz monitor but i can live with that for a bit.
