Will I be able to run High Sierra?

Hello,

My hardware is:

Intel i5-4570, DDR3-1600 2x4Gb

Asrock BTC R2.0 h81 with Realtek NIC

RX 570/4 Nitro+

Will I be able to run High Sierra, all I need as a Photo.app? So networking is optional.

I am trying clover now with Haswell config.plist, but all I see as an Apple logo and progress bar that never reaches 100%

Any hints? Do I need to add any kext for GPU, or is it fine as it is?
