Vanilla 10.14.4 on Ryzen 2xxx audio crackling

I've decided to hackintosh my AMD Rig, which has a Ryzen 2400g, Aorus B450 I Pro Wifi (F5 BIOS) and a Radeon RX580. Quit cool that now it's possible to set up a vanilla system with just a few kernel in-memory patches, but I've hit a snag : the audio crackles quite a lot.

Now, people would probably point me to check out various audio drivers like VoodooHDA (I'm using AppleALC), but I don't think that's the case at all. I also have a USB speaker (some USB Dell soundbar), and it crackles exactly the same. Here's the kicker - the audio is absolutely fine if i move the mouse, or put load on the CPU. This also works with youtube because hw video decoding is currently broken on 10.14.4 which makes the CPU rev up as well.

However, I see a lot of people here have successfull Ryzen builds and don't mention it, and when i search the net for people that also have this problem, i noticed that it's almost always people with a Ryzen 2xxx chip.

Here are the things i tried:
- Lots of BIOS options pertaining to CPU clocks, like cool'n'quiet, boost stuff, global C-States, even tried turning off HT. No result

- There's an APIC.aml file on the amd-osx discord, nothing

- VoodooTSCSync (an amd version, also found on the amd-osx discord), nothing
- Native USB for Ryzen, no change

If someone has a Raven Ridge Mojave build that has non-crackling audio, I'd love to hear from them. Also I noticed the developers from amd-osx are here, so I'd be happy to ask them if they know about this. I can post my clover config.plist later since I don't have it on me right now.
