Tried to hide extra boot options and can't access macOS or Windows

I searched the subreddit a few different ways to find an answer on this but couldn't come up with anything.

Short version: I have a working Hackintosh system that I set up months ago. Today, tried to remove boot options using UUIDs for two hard drives on my system that are not related to boot operation (i.e., they are data drives that don't have EFI boot info on them). When I restarted, Clover was only showing those boot items and not my macOS or Windows boot options. Moreover, pressing F3 to "Show hidden entries" doesn't add those two options back, so I don't presently have a way to load either operating system on my machine.

Is there a way to manually boot into one of those, or do I need to install clover on a USB drive and get back in that way? Any advice is appreciated; you guys are awesome and I can't express how helpful this sub has been.
