Total Newbie With A Lot Of Basic Questions! (I have done my homework though!)

For the last few days, all I have done is visit countless forums and facebook groups to gather as much knowledge as possible about Hackintosh machines and how they are created.

I read through many builds and also saw a heck lot of YouTube videos.

So now I have a few questions which I am hoping you guys will help me with.

But first here are what I need the computer to do:

  1. Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro in 4K ( I do have a camera that shoots in 4K now but hopefully will be able to get one soon).
  2. Edit photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom CC. ( I shoot all my images in RAW hence I need a camera that can handle it)
  3. Have some latitude for future upgrading.

All I want my computer to do is work. I DON'T need any LEDs or the state of the art, newest computer accessories. I don't care about Geekbench scores or gaming either. Just work.

Now here are the questions:

  1. Is having a Dual Boot System a bad idea? I have never used MacOS before just windows. Right now I have a Windows 10 machine and I love it. Just want to try out Mac for some time. I saw a YouTube video which said that a Windows 10 updates may potentially break the Mac installation.
    Is that true?
She (the youtuber) also prescribed some ways to bypass these issues, will they work and keep my computer working as stable as possible ( I need both Windows and Mac to run and not cannibalize each other).
  2. I heard about the Vanilla install and how I understood is that it is the best possible way of installing MacOs on a device. The final device performs like an organic Mac and updates seamlessly without any issues.
Do I understand this correctly? If yes how do I ensure that I can indeed do a Vanilla installation on my computer?

I found this build list and wanted to use these components as much as possible but they were waaaay out of my budget.

So I tweaked it a little bit:

Now the question is will this work and is there any way so that I can cut the cost even further?

Like I said I am very new to Hackintoshes. Never built one and have never used a Mac device before. I am just a student so have a small budget too. Something about $1000. I will have to buy a monitor, keyboard and a mouse too (I have not included them in the budget though).

So if anyone has any good ideas about how to save a buck on a keyboard or mouse is more than welcome. I just need it to work, the keyboard and the mouse I mean.

Thanks, guys. I really do appreciate the help a lot.
