Hey everyone. After a few days of trying to install High Sierra on my PC, I finally succeeded last night. Everything runs well, I have ethernet, audio, etc. I installed the NVIDIA web drivers (378.10.10.10.15.114, it says it is up to date), but most things feel pretty choppy. For example, when I drag a tab from Chrome to my second monitor, it takes a few seconds. I'm not sure how to describe this problem exactly.
In addition, I'm not sure if it's okay or not, but I have 16GB RAM and in the Activity Monitor it's always using like 13GB, even when I'm doing almost nothing (at first it didn't recognise half of my RAM, so I added it in Clover Configurator under Memory).
