Hey all. I've lurked here for a long ass time and finally decided to build my own Hackintosh as I prefer Mac OS to Windows. I used the vanilla guide, and everything seems to be working minus the built in wifi (I'm using the panda wireless usb pau05 as a substitute for now) and iMessage. I've gotten in touch with apple support in order to have them verify my Apple ID but that hasn't fixed the issue either. I've tried a bunch of things off of just research on getting this to work but I've had no luck.

Build Specs:

• CPU: i5-8600k
• GPU: EVGA 1080 SC (Sapphire Nitro RX580 will arrive tomorrow)
• MOBO: ASUS Maximus X Hero WiFi AC
• RAM: 32GB Corsair Vengeance RGB Pro
• Target OS: Mojave 10.14.4

Specific error I'm getting:

"You cannot sign in to iMessage on this Mac at this time. To use iMessage with this Mac, contact Apple Support and provide the code below. Customer Code: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX Apple ID: [xxxx@xxxxx.net](mailto:xxxx@xxxxx.net)"

What I've tried so far:

• making sure that the serial number isn't already registered to another device on apples site
• making sure to set the SMUUID
• checking the interface id of my Nic cards. my built in is en0 and my wireless usb is en1 (can't seem to swap them which might be the issue)
• basically everything in this guide.

Any help would be appreciated! Also feel free to point out anything I've fucked up in my config.plist because I don't doubt that I've messed something up since this is my first time building a hackintosh.
