DW1560 card causes failed POST on boot

Hi all!

Current Specs Intel i9-9900K Asus Z390-i strix 32GB ram Sapphire RX 590 Dell DW1560 ordered from Dell Phone Support

Me and a buddy recently built the same identical system listed above. We used the vanilla install listed in the sidebar. Runs great, MacOS Mojave 10.14.4. Everything works as it should.

We were missing AirDrop and Bluetooth capabilities so we ordered the DW1560 card from Dell. It came in, we installed it. After installing in his machine, every boot up gives us the failed POST screen (Press F2 to go into Setup). This isn't a problem for me, because I use a wired keyboard and I can enter and then exit out of that screen and into Clover and boot fine. Even the DW1560 works great for both BT and Wifi.

His computer however, uses the Bluetooth Apple KB and Mouse. Getting out of POST requires him to plug in his old wired keyboard and click F2 and then exit to continue. Bit of a hassle.

I have confirmed it to be the DW1560, because after installing it into my system, it has also started failing POST every boot.

I tried to search for issues similar to ours, but the only search results I'm getting is for people who have installed the card and can't get WIFI or BT to work.

Please let us know if you have any idea of how to trouble shoot this, we are lost. Thanks!
