How to install hackintosh on lenovo x380 and tonymacx86 sucks here its why

I am new to hackintosh as every one I tried tonymacx86 they band me for multiple accounts and the thing is I never cheated account even I got rejected I tried to use a different my friends PC but there my application got rejected wtf don't know what is wrong with @tonymacx86 I even email them about this but till now no reply

The best supporting platform I found is Reddit After all these frustrating words to the point I try to install hackintosh in Lenovo x380 I manage to go to installation screen after I see about a minute remaining it suddenly rebooted and again the Same installation screen got stuck in the loop any ony know why if you need any files I will provide to you please help me trying to figure out from 2 weeks Configuration I5 8350u Intel uhd 620 graphics Nvme ssd 16 gb ram
