Why I can't install macOS High Sierra on my Old PC ? [2019]

Currently I am using my PC with Windows 10 and macOS Sierra (DualBoot), but I want to update to High Sierra. I tried High Sierra, but thats not want to work on my PC. Every time at the installation I got black screen, but I don't know why. Clover bootloader works fine, and I have all kext that I need in right place. macOS Sierra just works fine. At the summer, I had an ASUS GTX 750 2GB with Palit Bios, and with that card worked fine. Maybe the video card is the problem ?
