I have been trying to find a resolution for this for a few days now and nothing seems to be working, but I am trying to fix the shutdown/restart and sleep/wake issue.
I built my hackintosh using the Gigabyte H370 Aorus mobo using an 8700 chip and an RX 560 gpu. Everything is working fine now including FCPX and Motion. When I put the computer to sleep, I can wake it fine if done within a minute or so, but after a few minutes, it seems the computer just shuts down (screen stays blank and the usb mouse and keyboard don't light up). My screen is currently a TV going through HDMI - so maybe that's an issue? I am planning on replacing it with a proper monitor once everything is all setup.
Regarding the shutdown/restart issue, I get a kernel panic on shutdown that says: "TLB Invalidation IPI timeout, unresponsive cpu bitmap..."
If anyone has any helpful ideas, that would be very much appreciated.
