So I've recently made the update from 10.13.5 to .6 on my hackintosh. Previously on .5 everything worked perfectly fine, but when I updated to .6 I found myself having to troubleshoot a reboot loop. After many hours of trying different things I found that when I boot using HDMI everything works fine, but when I try to boot using DVI-I --> VGA this causes the loop. If I have HDMI and DVI-I --> VGA this also will cause a loop. I tried using -v mode and found that the error is gIOScreenLockState 3, again only through DVI-I --> VGA. I've looked through every setting in clover config and my bios but nothing seems to be working. The contents of my computer is as follows.
- Asus H97-Plus
- Intel Core i5
- Gigabyte Geforce GTX 950
- 8gb DDR3
I've hit a brick wall with this so if anyone can help it would be much appreciated.
