I'm still researching and almost ready to take my first leap for a Vanilla Install. My primary use on this computer will be Windows 10. But I have a Adobe Suite Package for Mac that I would like to use on my desktop instead of always on my MBP. So I am looking into a dual boot system. Currently running a Nvidia Titan X with windows, and have no intentions on purchasing a new AMD card. I plan on installing Mojave on a separate SSD and having it use the Integrated Intel Graphics (until drivers are released, if ever).
Will having the Titan connected mess up my install? In other words, can I run Mojave from the Integrated Graphics even while the Titan is still installed on the Mobo. Obviously I know I need to have a different monitor cable to plug into the Mobo rather than GPU, my monitor has multiple inputs so this shouldn't be an issue.

H170N-WIFI (will replace wifi with DW1560)
16GB DDR4
GeForce Titan X
Thanks in Advance! If this ends up being an issue, I'll just install High Sierra instead and be done with it!
