Default Boot Volume not working

After doing an upgrade from High Sierra to Mojave through the App Store, Clover is no longer auto-booting into my macOS boot drive. I've tried updating the Default Boot Volume in Clover Configurator to the name of the OS volume, the volume ID for that and the EFI partition as well as the mac volume name (e.g. "disk0s1"). None of those options work.

On the clover boot screen, these are the options currently available:

  • Boot Microsoft EFI Boot from EFI
  • Boot FileVault Prebooter from Preboot
  • Boot macOS Install Prebooter from Preboot
  • Boot macOS from Macintosh HD
  • Boot Windows from EFI
  • Boot Windows from Legacy HD4

I know some of those options shouldn't be there, but I'm not sure how to remove them.
