Workaround for AMD Radeon Rx 550?

Hello!

I have this laptop that has the Radeon Rx 550 GPU and I want to turn it into a Hackintosh. I've read online a bit, and found out that this card is not natively supported. Is there any way? I'm kinda desperate, as upgrading the GPU is not an option. Alternatively, is there a way to make the Hackintosh run on the Intel Integrated Graphics?
