I successfully installed Mojave on my custom build last week. Everything seemed to work. I only had issues with the system not recognising my extremal hard drive I plugged in.
Yesterday I decided to install a 250gb NVME m.2 drive in order to move FCPX onto it for extra speed.
Up until this point id had everything on a 1TB SSD.
Anyway. Install the M.2 drive. Do the usual erase etc to get it to mount.
Then I decided to try and solve the USB issue, so I started up MultiBeast and changed some settings. Restarted.
Now nothing really seems to work:
- WiFi picks up connection but fails to connect
- graphics are erratic and flicker every minute or so
- loading start up screen is very laggy
- USB drives still don't detect external hard drive (detected a 2.0 USB pen drive fine though)
Does anyone have any advice? Please upvote for attention!
