Shared drive between Dualboots

Hello,

I just bought a Xiaomi notebook pro, and I was wondering if it is possible to create a shared drive or partition between all of the OSes installed.

I will install Windows, Mac Os Mojave and Arch Linux on the machine and I would like to give them all a sort of Windows partitioning style approach so essentially a "C:" drive that holds the programs and the installation and a shared "D" drive between the dual boots. Which will be separated by folder named accordingly Windows, Mac and Linux and then all the folder requirements.

Is this possible and how would I go about it?

Xiaomi Notebook Pro :

Intel core i7

15gb ddr4 ram

256 ssd (original)

1tb ssd (in the second slot)

Nvidia mx150
