Random freeze Hackintosh Mojave, mouse still works

Sometimes my Hackintosh randomly freezes and I have to manually reboot it by holding the power button. The weird this is that the mouse cursor stil works, but everything else freezes. The freezes are very random. Sometimes the occur immediately after booting up and sometimes after hours of use. It also isn't program tied, so I can use iTunes, Safari etc fine.
